| 摘 要： | 目的：观察新疆维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵强化治疗的疗效。方法：对117例2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素（CSII）治疗,观察空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血糖达标时间,每日胰岛素用量及低血糖发生情况。结果：维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病患者相比,在到达相同的血糖控制水平情况下,维吾尔族患者达到目标血糖时间、每日胰岛素用量均大于汉族患者（P〈0.05）。结论：胰岛素泵强化治疗更符合生理状态下胰岛素分泌,能更有效地控制血糖,但维吾尔族、汉族糖尿病患者治疗效果相比,维吾尔族患者血糖较汉族患者难控制。
