| 摘 要： | 目的:研究紫贻贝多糖(MEPS)对流感病毒在鸡胚中增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用血凝滴度测定研究MEPS对鸡胚培养甲型流感病毒的抑制作用。结果:与病毒对照组比较,MEPS各剂量组的血凝滴度降低差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:MEPS能明显抑制鸡胚培养流感病毒的增殖,具有开发成抗流感病毒生物制剂的前景。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the inhibition effects of Mytilus edulis polysaccharides (MEPS) on influenza virus reproduction in chicken embryo cultures. Methods: The chicken embryo culture was used to observe the inhibition of MEPS on type A influenza virus by hemagglutination test in terms of hemagglutination titer. Results: Compared with the virus control group, hemagglutination titer of the MEPS group decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion: MEPS can significantly inhibit the proliferation of influenza virus in chicken embryo cultures. MEPS has the potentiality to be developed as the anti-influenza virus biological agent. |
