| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定健胃消炎颗粒中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用luna-C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相：乙腈-水（13：87）;检测波长：230nm;流速：1.0ml/min。结果：芍药苷在0.1008～2.0160μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=1.0000）,平均回收率为100.59%,RSD=0.75%（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于健胃消炎颗粒中芍药苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Jianweixiaoyan Granule by HPLC.Methods：The luna-C18 （4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and water （13：87）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results：The linear ranges of paeoniflorin was at 0.100 8-2.016 0 μg （r=1.000 0）,the average recovery was 100.59% with a RSD of 0.75% （n=6）.Conclusion：The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of paeoniflorin in Jianweixiaoyan Granule. |
