巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

目的：探讨巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法：选择2004年10月-2007年7月在我院治疗的突发性耳聋患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用巴曲酶，比较两组疗效。结果：观察治疗总有效率为83.3％，对照组为63％，观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）：经过治疗后两组患者血液流变学及纤维蛋白原均明显改变，观察组全血浓度和纤维蛋白原均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组副作用发生率为8.3％，对照组为25％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋，能明显提高疗效，并且越早应用，效果越好，没有明显的不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Batroxobin to treat sudden deafness

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Batroxobin to treat sudden deafness.Methods:We selected 120 cases that treated in the hospital from October 2004 to July 2007,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases each group.The control group were treated with traditional program,the observation group added Batroxobin in this base,compared their treat effect.Results:The total effect rate of the observation group is 83.3%,which of the control group is 63%,the difference is statistical significant(P<0.05);the blood and fibrinogen of the two groups is obviously changed after treating,the blood concentration and fibrinogen of the observation group is lower than the control group,the difference is statistical significant(P<0.05);the side effect rate of the observation is 8.3%,which of the control group is 25%,it has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Add Batroxobin in the base of traditional program to treat sudden deafness can obviously improve treat effect,better effect with earlier used,and has no obviously side effect,it can be widely used in clinic.
