VEGF-C、VEGFR-3与LYVE-1在甲状腺癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和LYVE-1在甲状腺癌中的表达及意义。方法：用免疫组化S-P法检测87例甲状腺癌（其中有淋巴结转移者20例）VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和LYVE-1的表达水平，并对不同肿瘤的上述指标分别进行相关性分析。结果：在甲状腺癌中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和LYVE-1均有不同程度的表达，其表达程度由高到低依次为乳头状癌、未分化癌、滤泡状癌及髓样癌，有淋巴结转移的肿瘤较无转移的肿瘤表达升高；VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达与LYVE-1的表达呈正相关。结论：VEGF-C、VEGFR-3与甲状腺癌淋巴管生成有关，从而推测甲状腺癌淋巴管生成与淋巴结转移密切相关。

Expression and significance of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 and LYVE-1 in thyroid carcinoma

Objective: To discuss the expression and significance of VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 and LYVE-1 in thyroid carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 and LYVE-1 in 87 patients with thyroid carcinoma (20 had lymph node metastasis), and the correlation among the above indexes in different tumors was also analyzed. Results: VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 and LYVE-1 expressed to a different degree in thyroid carcinoma, and the order of expression level was papillary carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, follicular carcinoma and medullary carcinoma from up to down. In addition, the expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were correlated with that of LYVE-1. Conclusion: VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 are related to the lymphangion genesis of thyroid carcinoma, and it is deduced that the lymphangion genesis of thyroid carcinoma has a close relationship with lymph node metastasis.
