妇产科腹腔镜治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症临床分析

目的探讨妇产科腹腔镜治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的疗效。方法选取新华医院2011年6月-2012年6月收治的由输卵管梗阻而导致的不孕患者65例,不孕时间为1-8年,平均年龄为28.2岁,对患者进行常规检查和确诊,采用腹腔镜治疗。观察通畅率、手术、住院相关指标及结局。结果经过腹腔镜治疗后,患者治疗通畅率为49.2%,手术时间为（45.2±5.26）min,术中出血量为（18.25±2.36）mL,住院时间为（4.26±0.25）d,术后无其他不良反应及并发症,预后良好。输卵管治疗双侧通畅的32例患者在术后1-2年成功受孕,未能一次性治疗通畅的患者（输卵管单侧通畅21例,输卵管不通畅4例,输卵管梗阻8例）于次月再次进行手术均顺利通畅。结论临床上,对输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者进行腹腔镜治疗具有较好的临床效果,同时术中并发症少,手术具有安全无痛、创伤小等一系列优点,可以在临床上进行有效的推广和应用。

Clinical analysis of gynecology laparoscopic treatment for fallopian tube obstructive infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic treatment for fallopian tube obstructive infertility.Methods A total of 65 cases of patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility in Xinhua Hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected,the time of infertility was 1-8 years,the average age was 28.2 years old.Then patients were given routine examination and diagnosis,and then the laparoscopic treatment was given.Patency rate,surgery and hospitalization related indicators,outcome were observed.Results After laparoscopic treatment,the patency rate of patients was 49.2%,operation time was（45.2 ±5.26） min,the blood loss volume was（18.25±2.36） mL,duration of hospitalization was（4.26 ±0.25） d.There was no other adverse reaction and complication after operation,the prognosis was good.Among them,32 patients with bilateral fallopian tube patency had preg nancy at 1-2 years after treatment,while patients failed to one-time treatment（21 cases of tubal unilateral unobstructed,4 cases of fallopian tube non-free,8 cases of tubal obstruction） had unobstructed after reoperation in the second month.Conclusion In clinic,laparoscopic treatment for fallopian tube obstructive infertility has good clinical effect and less intraoperative complications.Surgery has a series of advantages such as safe,painless and small trauma,which can apply effectively in clinic.
