肝脏储备功能评估的研究进展

术后肝功能衰竭依然是肝脏手术后死亡的主要因素,术前准确全面的评估肝脏功能储备尤为重要。术前肝脏功能以及术后残留肝脏体积是肝脏手术后肝脏功能恢复的重要影响因素,术前准确评估肝脏储备功能以及预测残留肝脏体积对于预测肝切除术后患者肝功能衰竭、死亡具有极为重要的作用。肝脏储备功能是指肝脏在生理负荷增加时可以动用的额外代偿潜能。目前评价肝功能的检查很多,但是还没有哪一种能够全面有效的评价肝脏功能,综合多种检查方法可以更加全面的评价肝脏功能。本文针对肝脏储备功能评估检查新近进展予以综述。

Research progress in evaluation of liver reserve function

Liver function failure after operation is still the main factors of death after liver operation,so preoperative evaluation of liver functional reserve accurately and comprehensively is particularly important.Preoperative liver function and postoperative remnant liver volume are important factors to affect the liver function recovery after liver operation,so preoperative accurate evaluation of liver functional reserve and prediction of residual liver volume have the extremely important role for patients with liver failure,mortality after liver resection.The liver reserve function refers to the liver can use under physiological load increases additional compensatory potency.At present there are a lot of evaluation of liver function tests,but no one can effective comprehensive evaluation of liver function,and comprehensive inspection method can be more comprehensive evaluation of liver function.According to the assessment of liver reserve function recently reviewed in this paper.
