薜荔多糖的提取方法及含量测定

摘    要:目的:研究薜荔多糖的提取方法及含量测定。方法:比较水提、超声提取2种方法的薜荔多糖得率及含量。结果:水提、超声提取2种方法薜荔多糖的得率分别为19.36%、26.52%,含量分别为38.26%、45.84%。结论:超声提取是较好的提取方法。

Abstract:Objective:To study the extracting method of polysaccharide from Ficus pumila L..Methods:The obtaing rate and content of polysaccharide of two methods were compared.Results:The obtaing rates of water-extraction,supersound extraction were 19.36%,26.52%,and the contents were 38.26%,45.84% respectively.Conclusion:Supersound extraction is the better method.
