急性脑梗死患者介入治疗后围术期的护理措施

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者在介入治疗围术期的护理措施,观察其临床疗效、评价其应用价值。方法对2009年10月~2011年6月在我院进行治疗的76例急性脑梗死患者均进行介入治疗,在围术期对患者采取不同的护理措施,将患者随机分为观察组（n=38）和对照组（n=38）,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用综合护理措施,对两组患者的恢复效果、住院时间及患者的满意度等进行比较。结果恢复情况：观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.74%和76.32%,观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者满意度：观察组患者满意度为92.11%,对照组患者满意度为73.68%,观察组患者的满意度好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;住院时间：观察组患者平均住院时间为（14.95±2.43）d,对照组患者的平均住院时间为（20.04±2.36）d,观察组患者住院时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理措施能够提高急性脑梗死患者介入治疗后围术期的有效率及满意度,同时缩短了患者的住院时间,其临床效果较好,具有很好的应用价值。

Nursing intervention in the interventional treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate nursing intervention in the interventional treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and observe the clinical curative effect and evaluate its application value.Methods There were 76 patients treated by the interventional treatment in our hospital from October 2009 to June 2011 who were given different nursing interventions in the preoperative period.All patients were divided into control group and observation group with 38 cease in each group.The control group was treated by conventional care method;the observation group was treated by comprehensive nursing measures,the restoring effect,and length of time the patients and the satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The restoring effect: the total effective rate of the observation group and control group were 94.74% and 76.32%,the observation group patients therapy was higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the satisfaction of patients: the satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 92.11% and 73.68%(P < 0.05);the length of time of the observation group and the control group were(14.95±2.43) and(20.04±2.36) days(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care can improve the preoperative efficiently and satisfaction in acute cerebral infarction patients after interventional treatment,while reducing the patient’s hospital stay,the clinical effect is better,which has the great application value.
