不同方案治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的临床对比研究

目的比较温针与电针治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分入对照组与观察组,每组各60例。两组患者均给予脑卒中常规治疗及早期康复锻炼,观察组患者给予温针治疗,对照组患者给予电针治疗。采用Ashworth量表评估肢体痉挛状态,改良Barthel指数评估患者日常生活能力（ADL）,FMA运动功能评定肢体运动功能,脑卒中影响量表（SIS 310）评估患者生活质量。结果治疗后1个月观察组上、下肢Ashworth评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组改良Barthel指数评分、FMA评分及SIS 310各项得分显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论与电针治疗相比,温针可显著改善脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者肢体功能,提高日常生活能力和生活质量。

Effect comparison of two treatment protocols in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke

Objective To compare the clinical effect of warm acupuncture-moxibustion and electro-acupuncture in spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 120 cases of spastic hemiplegia after stroke were divided into experience group and control group with 60 patients each group.Two groups were given routine treatment and early rehabilitation exercises.Experience group received warm acupuncture-moxibustion treatment and control group was given electro-acupuncture.Ashworth rating scale,MBI,FMA and SIS 310 were used to evaluate limb spasticity,ADL,extremity motor function and life quality pre and post treatment.Results Ashworth rating scale of upper and lower limbs in experience group were much lower than that in control group 1 month after treatment(P < 0.01);MBI,FMA and SIS 310 scores in experience group were superior to controls(P < 0.01).Conclusion Comparison with electro-acupuncture,warm acupuncture-moxibustion for spastic hemiplegia after stroke can greatly improve the limb spasticity,activity of daily living and life quality.
