Fascin和MVD的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系

摘    要:目的:检测Fascin及MVD在侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达,探讨其与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系及它们之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测24例侵袭性和21例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中Fascin蛋白表达水平,计数CD34标记的肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。统计学分析两组之间Fasicn蛋白的表达、MVD计数的差异,以及侵袭性垂体腺瘤中Fascin的表达与MVD计数之间的相关关系。结果:侵袭性垂体腺瘤组Fascin蛋白表达及MVD计数均较非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组增高。侵袭组中Fascin蛋白表达与MVD计数呈正相关关系。结论:侵袭性垂体腺瘤的生物学行为与Fascin的高表达以及血管生成密切相关.二者可作为判断垂体瘤侵袭性及预后的生物学指标。
