北京市城区老年人社区卫生服务利用与需求调查

目的 了解北京市城区老年人社区卫生服务利用与需求情况,为进一步完善和改进社区卫生服务质量、促进以社区为基础的健康老龄化提供科学依据.方法 抽样调查北京市宣武区60岁及以上老年人群1512人,调查内容主要包括社会人口学特征、社区卫生服务利用及满意度、对社区卫生服务的医疗及非医疗照料需求等.结果 32.2％(486/1512)的城区老年人在患病后首选社区卫生服务机构就诊.城区老年人对社区卫生服务的满意度为83.5％(1245/1491).文化程度是影响老年人对社区卫生服务满意度的主要因素.老年人对社区医疗服务的需求主要集中在急慢性病的治疗、增加开设老年专科门诊及慢性病护理院,非医疗照料需求方面排在首位的是提供适宜老年人的娱乐场所.结论 社区卫生服务机构的服务水平及质量尚需进一步提高,同时要针对不同人群开发多方位、多层次的社区卫生服务项目.

Utilization and needs of community health service in the elderly in the ur- ban area of Beijing City

Objective To find out the current situation of utilization and needs of community health service in the el- derly in the urban area of Beijing, to provide scientific basis for perfecting and improving the quality of community health service and for promoting healthy aging based on community. Methods The sample survey was made among 1512 elderly people aged 60 and above from Xuanwu District of Beijing City. The survey covered such topics as the demographic characteristics, the utilization and the satisfaction rate of the community health service, the community health service needs about medical treatment and non-medical nursing of the elderly. Results There were 32.2% （486/ 1512） of the elderly firstly selected community health service for disease treatment. The satisfaction rate for community health service was 83.5% （1245/1491） among the elderly. Educational level was the major factor affecting the satisfaction rate of the community health service of the elderly. Community health service needs of the elderly in medical treatment mainly focused on the treatment of acute and chronic diseases and the establishment of special outpatient clinics for elderly and chronic diseases nursing home. In the aspect of non-medical nursing, providing entertainment places suit- able for the elderly ranked the first place. Conclusion The quality of community health service should be further im-
