中西结合治疗中风后抑郁症30例临床观察

目的：观察甘麦大枣汤加减联合西药氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将60例中风后抑郁症患者随机分成两组,对照组30例,给予西药氟西汀治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上采用甘麦大枣汤加减治疗。两组在治疗前和治疗后8周分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚评分（MESSS）量表评分。结果：两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗8周后,组间及组内HAMD评分及MESSS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：甘麦大枣汤加减联合西药氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效优于单纯西药氟西汀,且患者依从性好,值得临床应用。

Clinical observation on the treatment of 30 cases of post stroke depression with combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of using Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Fluoxetine on post stroke depression.Methods：60 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group were treated with Fluoxetine,30 cases in treatment group were treated with Ganmai Dazao Decoction based on control group.Using the Hamilton Depression（HAMD） Rating Scale and Improvemented Edinburgh-Scandinavia（MESSS） score sheet to rate the two groups before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment respectively.Results：The total effective rate compared two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the two groups before and after treatment of 8 weeks between the two groups after 8 weeks treatment HAMD score and MESSS score comparison,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of using Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Fluoxetine is superior to Fluoxetine and the compliance of patient is good,worth in the clinical application.
