| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院抗菌药物应用情况，为临床规范合理应用抗菌药物和医院对抗菌药物的管理提供参考。方法：对270份归档病历的抗菌药物应用情况进行统计和分析。结果：共239例患者使用抗菌药物，占88．5％（239／270）；预防感染用药136例，占50．4％（136／270）；不合理使用抗菌药物77例，占28．5％（77／270）。结论：我院抗菌药物的使用存在一些不足之处，还需要加强管理和规范。
