还原型谷胱甘肽在非酒精性脂肪肝患者治疗中的作用

目的：探讨还原型谷胱甘肽在非酒精性脂肪肝患者治疗中的作用,为临床治疗提供数据支持。方法：将2009年1月～2011年1月我院收治的224例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各112例,观察组采用还原型谷胱甘肽联合非诺贝特治疗,对照组采用非诺贝特治疗,治疗6个月后比较两组治疗效果。结果：经过6个月治疗两组患者肝功能指标和血脂水平均明显下降。观察组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为81.25%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.692,P〈0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上联合应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗非酒精性脂肪肝可有效提高疗效,值得临床推广。
