| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨造血干细胞移植治疗儿童石骨症的护理效果。方法：通过对6例儿童石骨症患者在造血干细胞移植术中进行有效的护理，使干细胞移植术获得成功。结合石骨症特点，观察移植后有无不良反应和减低并发症的出现，以纠正贫血、预防感染和骨抗为重点，严格执行隔离措施，预防穿刺部位和口腔感染，指导合理喂养。结果：石骨症患儿成功接受造血干细胞移植治疗，术后未发生急性移植物抗宿主病（aGVHD）等严重移植并发症。结论：加强对造血干细胞移植术后的护理，注意纠正贫血、预防感染的护理，可以最大限度降低移植术后并发症的发生，有助于患儿康复，改善预后。
