补肾健脾养血活血法改善血管性认知障碍大鼠行为学障碍的研究

摘    要:目的:观察补肾健脾养血活血法对血管性认知障碍(VCI)大鼠行为学的影响。方法:造模前随机选取10只大鼠为假手术组,其余大鼠采用反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉结合腹腔注射硝普钠降低血压改良法建立VCI大鼠模型,造模成功后将其随机分为康欣胶囊复方组(复方组)、康欣胶囊简化方组(简方组)、西药对照组、模型组,每组10只。经过3周药物干预后,通过Morris水迷宫观察模型大鼠逃避潜伏期和穿越平台次数,测试其学习记忆能力。结果:与模型组比较,复方组、简方组、西药对照组逃避潜伏期明显缩短(14.57±3.99)、(16.93±2.54)、(18.42±7.35)s],穿越平台区域的次数明显增多(6.90±1.86)、(7.20±1.75)、(6.10±2.46)次],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:补肾健脾养血活血立法的康欣胶囊能明显改善VCI大鼠的行为学障碍。
