摘    要:目的:对不同产地的黄芩野生药材与黄芩栽培药材质量进行比较。方法:采用性状鉴别、薄层色谱、含量测定对黄芩野生药材与黄芩栽培药材进行对比检识。结果:黄芩亘货药材黄芩苷含量比较,野生内蒙古产地〉野生山西产地〉野生陕西产地〉栽培内蒙古产地;黄芩饮片黄芩苷含量比较,野生内蒙古产地〉栽培内蒙古产地。结论:黄芩栽培药材可替代黄芩野生药材。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the quality of Cultivated Scutellaria and Wild Scutellaria in different areas. Methods: Morphological indentification, thin layer chromatography (TLC) and content determination were adopted to compare the quality of Cultivated Scutellaria and Wild Scutellaria. Results: The content of baiealin in medicinal materials of Wild Scutcllaria in Neimeng area was the highest, then was in Shanxi and Shan'xi areas, the lowest was the Cultivated Scutellaria in Neimeng area; and which in decoction pieces of Wild Scutellaria was higher than the Cultivated Scutellaria in Neimeng area. Conclusion: The Cultivated Scutellaria may be in place of Wild Scutellaria.
