代谢综合征患者心率变异性的检测与分析

目的探讨不同代谢综合征与心率变异性之间的关系。方法选择2004年8月-2005年6月本院老年护理病房住院病人及月浦地区“糖尿病俱乐部”中符合代谢综合征诊断标准的患者共60例,行24小时动态心电图、糖耐量试验(OGTT)、血脂、体重指数(BMI)等检查,计算心率变异性的各项指标,将不同代谢综合征与对照组的各项指标进行统计学分析。结果代谢综合征患者的心率变异性较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),糖耐量异常的代谢综合征患者心率变异性已经有下降,而糖尿病的代谢综合征患者心率变异性与对照组相比下降最为明显,具统计学意义。结论代谢综合征中,糖代谢紊乱对心率变异性的影响较大,糖耐量异常的代谢综合征患者已有自主神经损害。

Determination and Analysis of Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Multiple Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To discuss the relationship between multiple metabolic syndrome and heart rate variability. Methods Selecting 60 patients with multiple metabolic syndrome(MMS) according multiple metabolic syndrome diagnosis standard from Aug. 2004 to Jun. 2005, which were from our senior tending word and Diabetes Club in Yue Pu community, to check and calculate the indexes including 24 hours' Holter, BMI and OGTT, then analyze the indexes in statistics method. Results It had significance in statistics that (Heart Rate Vary)HRV in all the patients with multiple metabolic syndrome decreased obviously, of which, HRV of the patients with impaired glucose tolerance was lower than that of normal ones, while HRV of the patients with diabetes was lowest and it had significance in statistics. Conclusions Patients with MMS exhibited sympathetic nervous dysfunction, of which, IGT may play an important role.
