摘    要:目的 调查目前带教老师对于护理安全的认知现状,并分析其对实习护生产生的影响.方法 2010年9月~2013年3月制订调查问卷,对浙江省余姚市人民医院心胸外科带教老师以及实习护生进行问卷调查.调查内容包括带教老师的年龄、护工龄、学历、职称,实习护生的年龄、学历,写完后立即收回,并对收回的调查问卷结果进行统计分析和比较.结果 带教老师的调查结果中,优秀(≥90分)的占52.17%,良好(80~< 90分)的占30.43%,合格(60~< 80分)的占13.04%,差(<60分)的4.35%;实习护生中优秀占64.97%,良好占21.32%,合格占9.90%,差占3.81%.结论 不同学历、职称的带教老师对于护理安全的认知现状水平不一样,对于实习护生的影响也不尽相同.学历越高、职称越高的带教老师,对于护理安全的认知水平就越高,对实习护生产生的影响就越好.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the present status of teachers' perception of nursing safety,and to analyze its influence on student nurses.Methods Questionnaires were formulated,clinical teacher and student nurse in Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the People's Hospital of Yuyao City were surveyed by questionnair from September 2010 to March 2013.Survey content included the age,length of nursing,educational background,and title of teacher,and the practice age and educational background of student nurses,the questionnairs were withdrawed immediately after written,and the results were compared and statistical analyzed.Results The findings of the teachers,outstanding accounts for 52.17% (≥ 90 points),good (80-〈 90 points) accounted for 30.43%,qualified (60-〈 80 points) accounted for 13.04%,poor (〈 60 points) accounted for 4.35%; Practice nurse in the outstanding accounts for 64.97%,good accounted for 21.32%,qualified accounted for 9.90%,poor accounted for 3.81%.Conclusion Teachers with different degree and title have different cognitive status of nursing safety,and also have different influence on student nurses.The higher degree of the title of teacher,the higher cognitive level of the nursing safety,the better effect of student nurses.
