| 摘 要： | 目的制备乌头碱温敏凝胶制剂,并对其体外释药进行考察。方法以温度敏感型材料泊洛沙姆407（P407）为载体材料制备乌头碱温敏凝胶制剂,通过正交设计优选出乌头碱温敏凝胶的处方工艺。采用恒温摇床法以磷酸盐缓冲液（pH=5.80）为释放介质测定其体外释放度。结果乌头碱温敏凝胶的胶凝温度为36.1℃。96 h体外累积释放率为89.45%。结论本实验制备工艺简单,制得的乌头碱温敏凝胶缓释性能良好,具有较好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare aconitine thermosensitive hydrogel and observe drug release in vitro.Methods The preparation of aconitine thermosensitive hydrogel was based on a carrier material poloxamer 407（P407）.The optimum preparation process of aconitine thermosensitive hydrogel was selected with orthogonal design.The release rate in vitro of it was determined in thermostatic shaker and the release medium was phosphate buffer（pH 5.80）.Results The gelling temperature of aconitine thermosensitive hydrogel was 36.3℃.The accumulative drug release of aconitine thermosensitive hydrogel in vitro reached 89.45% after 96 h.Conclusion The aconitine thermosensitive hydrogel with preferable release properties is prepared with a uncomplicated technology.It is valuable with application prospect. |
