| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨PICC在危重患者静脉输液应用及护理特点。方法：回顾98例患者应用PICC的临床资料,分析PICC应用指征及输液治疗和抢救中的优势、并发症及护理对策。结果：PICC留置时间为3～156d,静脉炎发生率5.1%,局部渗血3.1%,堵管6.2%,经护理干预后94例继续留置。结论：PICC解决了患者反复静脉穿刺的痛苦,减少护患纠纷及提高医疗服务水平。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the advantages of PICC in the venous transfusion and the nursing characteristics. Methods：The clinical materials of applying PICC among 98 cases were retrospectively summarized. The advantage complication and nursing countermeasure of PICC in the treatment were analyzed. Results：The indwelling time of PICC was 3～156 days,the occurrence rate of phlebitis was 5.1%,and the partial oozing of blood was 3.1%. The plugging was 6.2%. 94 case continued to indwell after the nursing intervention. Conclusion：PICC solves the pain of patients repeatedly suffering the venous puncture,reduces the dispute between nursing staff and patients,improve medical services. |
