糖尿病高危足患者负性情绪与生存质量的相关性研究

目的探讨糖尿病高危足患者负性情绪与生存质量的关系。方法采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)和2型糖尿病患者生活质量评定量表修订版(DMQLS修订版),对80名糖尿病高危足患者进行问卷调查。结果①80名被试者焦虑、抑郁情绪发生率分别为68.75%、56.25%,且在不同年龄组、婚姻和医疗方式方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。②疾病维度在不同年龄组和婚姻状况方面,生理维度、心理维度和社会维度在不同的年龄组、医疗方式和婚姻状况方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③糖尿病高危足患者焦虑、抑郁情绪得分与生存质量各领域得分呈不同程度负相关,相关系数r为(-0.378～-0.677)。结论糖尿病高危足患者负性情绪明显,且其负性情绪与生存质量密切相关,在临床工作中应通过有效的心理支持及行为干预,减轻其负性情绪,提高其生存质量。

Correlational study of negative emotions and quality of life of patients with diabetic high-risk foot

Objective To investigate the correlation between negative emotions and quality of life of patients with diabetic high-risk foot.Methods The comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale（HAD） and the reversion of quality of life scale for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DMQLS revision） were used to investigate 80 patients with diabetic high-risk foot.Results ①Among the 80 patients,the incidences of anxiety and depression were 68.75% and 56.25% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant between different age groups,marriage and medical patterns（all P 0.05）.②Differences in the disease dimension between different age groups and marriage status,and differences in the physical,psychological and social dimensions between different age groups,medical patterns and marriage status were statistically significant（P 0.05）.③The anxiety and depression scores of patients with diabetic high-risk foot showed varying degrees of negative correlation to the scores of quality of life,with the correlation coefficient r of（-0.378 to-0.677）.Conclusion Patients with diabetic high-risk foot have obvious negative emotions,which are closely related to their quality of life,thus effective psychological support and behavioral intervention should be applied to reduce their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
