| 摘 要： | 目的：观察帕瑞昔布钠预防全麻苏醒期躁动的作用。方法：全麻下择期妇科手术患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。帕瑞昔布钠组（P组）手术结束前40 min静注帕瑞昔布钠40 mg;对照组（C组）等容生理盐水代替帕瑞昔布钠。观察两组苏醒期躁动的发生情况。结果：P组的苏醒期躁动评分显著低于C组（P〈0.05）。结论：手术结束前40 min静注帕瑞昔布钠40 mg,可有效预防全麻苏醒期躁动的发生。
