复发性口腔溃疡患者的个体化饮食护理研究

摘    要:目的观察个体化饮食护理方案对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者的临床疗效。方法对78例复发性口腔溃疡患者和60例健康体检者进行食物不耐受血清特异性IgG抗体检测。将69例阳性ROU患者随机分为两组,其中试验组34例,予以个体化饮食护理方案+ROU常规治疗;对照组35例,仅予以ROU常规治疗,观察个体化饮食护理方案干预3个月后口腔溃疡症状改善情况,并评价个体化饮食护理方案对ROU患者的疗效。结果78例ROU患者食物不耐受检测阳性率为88.46%,显著高于对照组(15.00%)(P〈0.05),不耐受食物位于前3位依次为蟹、虾、蛋黄蛋白。完成个体化饮食健康管理3个月者26例,有效者24例,占92.31%,与对照组(有效者15例,占51.72%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论个体化饮食护理方案对ROU患者的临床治疗有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the individual alimentary care plan for patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods 78 patients and 60 healthy subjects(served as normal controls) were semi-quantitatively measured specific IgG antibody to 14 food allergens in the serum with ELISA.69 patients in ROU with the positive of food specific IgG antibody were randomly divided into experment group(n = 34,individual alimentary care plan + basic treatments of ROU) and control group(n = 35,basic treatments of ROU,only).After 3 months of the individual alimentary care plan interventions,the improvement of oral ulcer symptoms was observed,and the efficacy of individual alimentary care plan for ROU patients was evaluated.Results The positive rate of food specific IgG antibody testing was 88.46%,was higher than that of 15.00% in the control group(P〈0.05);in test of 14 kinds of foods,the top three of intolerant foods were crab,shrimp,egg(white/yolk).After 3 months of treatment,26 patients with ROU completed individual alimentary care plan,the effective rate was 92.31%(24 cases) in the experiment group,and 51.72%(15 cases) in the control group,the total effective rate was statistical differences in the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The individual alimentary care plan can provide reference for clinical treatment of ROU.
