摘    要:目的研究慢性氟中毒Wistar大鼠不同组织和性别氟含量的变化,探讨釉质与牙本质氟含量之间的关系。方法选择20只Wistar大鼠,按性别分雌雄各两组。饮氟组分为雌雄各一亚组,饮用含100 mg/L氟离子的氟化钠双蒸水;余单纯饮用双蒸水组为对照组,7周后处死。氟离子选择电极法检测各组氟含量的变化。结果饮氟组骨氟及牙氟含量均高于对照组(P〈0.05);不同性别间氟含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);氟牙症牙本质氟含量与釉质氟含量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论氟对硬组织具有特殊亲和力,氟对牙本质亲和力高于釉质;相同氟暴露情况下,性别对大鼠氟牙症的氟含量无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the change of fluorine content in different tissues and sex of Wistar rats with chronic fluorine poisoning,and to explore the relationship of fluorine content between the enamel and the dentin.Methods A total of 20 Wistar rats were divided into male and female groups according to the gender,each group had two subgroups.The one subgroup was Fluoride drinking group in each male and female groups,rats in this group were given water containing 100 mg/L F-sodium fluoride;and the rest rats were in control group drank only double distilled water.All the rats were killed after 7 weeks.Changes in the fluorine content of each group were analyzed with Fluoride ion selective electrode method.Results The bone fluoride and dental fluoride content of fluoride drinking group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05);there were no significant differences between different gender groups in fluorine content(P〈0.05);there were significant differences between dentin fluoride content and enamel fluoride content in dental fluorosis(P〈0.05).Conclusion Fluorine has a special affinity for hard tissue and it also has higher affinity for dentin than for enamel.Under the condition of same fluoride exposure,gender has no significant impact on the fluoride content of dental fluorosis in rats.
