胎盘多肽对儿童病毒性脑炎细胞免疫指标的影响

摘    要:目的观察胎盘多肽对病毒性脑炎患儿细胞免疫指标的影响。方法将60例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组均予抗病毒及对症治疗,在此基础上观察组加用胎盘多肽进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群(CD3^±、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)变化,以及红细胞免疫指标检出水平及各项红细胞指数,包括红细胞C3b受体(RBC—C3bR)、红细胞免疫复合物(RBC—ICR)、红细胞免疫亲和力受体(FEER)。结果经治疗后,观察组患儿的CD8水平低于对照组(20.25±4.25)%比(27.55±5.62)%];观察组患儿的CD3^+、CD4水平及CD4/CD8比值(46.81±4.52)%、(38.37±2.82)%、(1.89±0.21)]均高于对照组(42.30±5.06)%、(32.05±3.45)%、(1.16_±0.31)],两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);经治疗后,观察组和对照组患儿治疗前后RBC—C3bR、RBC—ICR、FEER及红细胞电泳指数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数均有改善,而观察组患儿较对照组改善更明显(12.93±0.81)、(6.29±1.51)、(50.45±3.34)、(5.75±1.03)、(8.07±1.05)、(4.86±0.39)比(10.06±0.72)、(8.93±1.76)、(43.85±2.93)、(7.53±1-20)、(10.52±1.22)、(6.53±0.60)1,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论胎盘多肽可明显改善病毒性脑炎患儿的细胞免疫功能状态。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of placenta polypeptide on the immune index of children with viral encephalitis. Methods 60 cases of viral encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both the two groups were given the antiviral and symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was added with placenta polypeptide treatment. Peripheral blood T cell subsets (CD3^±, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8), and the immunity level in red cell and the red blood cells, including RBC-C3bR, RBC-ICR, FEER changes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment the level of CD8 of the observation group was lower than which in control group (20.25±4.25)% vs (27.55± 5.62)%]; the levels of CD3^±, CD4 and specific value of CD4/CD8 of the observation group (46.81±4.52)%, (38.37±2.82)%, (1.89±0.21)] were higher than those in control group (42.30±5.06)%, (32.05±3.45)%, (1.16±0.31)], the differences of two groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The RBC-C3bR, RBC-ICR, FEER, red cell electrophoresis index, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index of the control group and the observation group after treatment were both improved , and the observation group was more obviously (12.93 ± 0.81), (6.29 ± 1.51), (50.45 ± 3.34), (5.75 ± 1.03), (8.07 ± 1.05), (4.86 ± 0.39)] than the control group (10.06 ± 0.72), (8.93 ± 1.76), (43.85 ± 2.93), (7.53 ± 1.20), (10.52 ± 1.22), (6.53 ± 0.60)], the differences of two groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The placenta polypeptide can ob-viously improve the cellular immune function of children with viral encephalitis.
