综合护理干预在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中的应用及效果评价

目的探讨综合护理干预在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)中的应用及效果评价。方法选取2012年1月~2013年5月温岭市中医院泌尿科行PKRP治疗的患者共80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。两组患者均在硬膜外麻醉下行PKRP治疗。对照组予以围术期常规护理。观察组予以综合护理干预治疗。观察并比较两组患者术后临床疗效及并发症的发生率。结果治疗后随访3个月,观察组患者临床总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者术后并发症发生率(20.0%)明显低于对照组(45.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预用于PKRP患者可明显提高患者术后的临床疗效,减少术后并发症的发生,改善其预后。

Application and curative effect evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention in transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate

Objective To discuss application and curative effect evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention in transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate（PKRP）. Methods 80 cases of patients, who were treated with PKRP in Department of Urology, Wenling Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, from January. 2012 to May 2013,were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were treated with PKRP subdural anesthesia. The patients in control group were given routine nursing, while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical effect and complication occurrence rates of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results According to 3 months′ following-up after medical treatment, the total clinical effective rate of observation group（95.0%） was higher than that of control group（80.0%）,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Meanwhile, postoperative complication occurrence rate of obser vation group（20.0%） was lower than that of control group（45.0%）, the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously enhance the clinical curative effect of patients treated with PKRP, reduce the postoperative occurrence rate of complication, and improve the prognosis.
