摘    要:目的 探讨农药中毒患者死亡的危险因素,为提高救治成功率和降低病死率提供依据.方法 回顾性分析2008年6月~2013年12月四川省隆昌县人民医院收治的291例农药中毒患者的临床资料,对可能导致死亡的危险因素如年龄、性别、农药种类、中毒原因、中毒程度、抢救时机等进行Logistic回归分析.结果 291例农药中毒患者中死亡26例,病死率为8.9%.Logistic回归分析发现,中毒原因(OR=0.393,P=0.041)、中毒程度(OR=0.240,P=0.023)以及抢救时机(OR=0.126,P=0.012)是其死亡的独立危险因素.结论 针对上述危险因素,应尽早采取防控救治措施,降低农药中毒的致死率和致残率.

Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of death in patients with pesticide poisoning,provide the basis for im proved treatment success rates and reduce mortality.Methods The clinical data of 291 patients with pesticide poisoning from June 2008 to December 2013 in the People's Hospital of Longchang County of Sichuan Province were retrospectively analyzed.The likely cause of death risk factors such as age,gender,pesticides species,cause of poisoning,de gree of intoxication,rescue time were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results There were 26 cases of death among 291 patients with pesticide poisoning,the mortality rate was 8.9%.Logistic regression analysis showed that,cause of poisoning (OR =0.393,P =0.041),degree of intoxication (OR =0.240,P =0.023) and rescue time (OR =0.126,P =0.012)were the risk factor of death.Conclusion In view of the above risk factors,prevention and control measures should be adopted as soon as possible to reduce pesticide poisoning mortality and morbidity.
