穴位按摩护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者康复的影响

目的探讨穴位按摩护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者康复的影响。方法选取2011年1月～2013年11月右江民族医学院附属医院中医科住院治疗的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例为研究对象．随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。两组均予抗病毒、营养神经、提高免疫力等治疗和心理护理、饮食护理、病情观察、疾病相关知识健康教育等常规护理。观察组在此基础上选取支配疼痛区的神经节段相对应夹脊穴行穴位按摩。观察并比较两组疼痛频率、疼痛程度、疼痛对睡眠的影响；临床疗效总有效率。结果干预后，两组疼痛频率、疼痛程度、疼痛对睡眠的影响评分均明显优于干预前，差异有高度统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；观察组患者各项评分（0．80±0．50）、（0．80±0．55）、（0．85±0．51）分]均低于对照组（1．60±0．59）、（1．70±0．62）、（1．70±0．64）分]，差异有高度统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；观察组总有效率（85％）明显优于对照组（65％），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4．267，P〈0．05）。结论穴位按摩护理能有效缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的症状，提高临床疗效，对患体康复有着积极的作用。

Effect of acupoint massage nursing on rehabilitation of patients with zoster sequela neuralgia

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage care on rehabilitation of patients with zoster sequela neuralgia. Methods 80 patients who suffered from the pain of zoster sequela neuralgia from January 2011to November 2013 in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Nationalal Medical College were selected as study objects, and they were randomly divided into two group, observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Two groups were given the basic treatment of anti-virus, nerve nutrition, improve immunity therapy and psychological nursing, diet nursing, disease related knowledge health education and routine nursing, et al, based on the above treatment, the observation group was given the acupoint massage which was implemented on the neuralgia pain region. Then the frequency and degree of the pain, and its impact on the sleep, the total clinical curative effect of two groups were detected and compared. Results After intervention, the scores of frequency, degree of the pain, and impact on the sleep of two groups were better than those before intervention （all P〈 0.01）. Each sore of the observation group （0.80±0.50）, （0.80±0.55）, （0.85±0.51） scores] was significantly lower than that in control group （1.60±0.59）, （1.70±0.62）, （1.70±0.64） scores], the differences were statistically significant （all P 〈 0.01）, and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （85% vs 65%）, the difference was sta- tistically significant （χ2=4.267, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture massage nursing can effectively relieve the pain of patients with zoster sequela neuralgia, improve the clinical efficacy, has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients.
