整体护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用及对患儿预后情况的影响

目的 分析整体护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用及对患儿预后情况的影响.方法 从2009年12月～2011年12月江苏省徐州市儿童医院收治的患儿中,以抽签方法选择80例患儿,均需进行手术治疗,对其中40例患儿在手术室护理工作中实施整体护理,为观察组;其余40例患儿仅按一般护理要求实施护理.观察并对比整体护理在小儿手术室的应用效果,并通过数字评价量表（NRS）、主诉疼痛分级法（VRS）观察患儿术后疼痛程度的差异.结果 观察组非常满意率为35.00％（15/40）,总满意率为97.50％（39/40）,均显著高于对照组的17.50％（7/40）、82.50％（33/40）,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）;疼痛分级中,观察组患儿轻度疼痛者24例（60.0％,24/40）,重度疼痛者仅3例（7.5％,3/40）,疼痛程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 整体护理具有科学性和全面性,可有效缓解患儿术后疼痛程度,得到家长高度认可.

Application of holistic nursing care in pediatric operation room nursing and to children patients＇ NRS,VRS and prognosis＇impact analysis

Objective To analyze application of holistic nursing care in pediatric operation room nursing and to children patients＇ prognosis＇ impact analysis.Methods From December 2009 to December 2011,children patients were treated in Children＇s Hospital of Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province.80 cases of children who needed for surgery were selected,in which 40 patients were in the operating room nursing care work throughout the holistic nursing care,as the observation group; remaining 40 patients were in the operating room nursing care requirements implemented only with general care,apply effects with the holistic nursing care in pediatric operating room were observed and compared,and differences in the degree of postoperative pain in children were observed through number rating scale （NRS）,complained of pain grading （VRS）.Results The observation group＇s vary satisfied rate was 35.00% （15/40）,with a total satisfaction rate of 97.50% （39/40）,whichwere significantly higher than the control group of 17.50% （7/40）,82.50% （33/40）.The differences were statistically significant （all P 〈 0.05）; pain ratings in the observation group had 24 cases of children with mild pain （60.0%,24/40）,severe pain in only 3 cases （7.5%,3/40）,pain degree was better than the control group,the results was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Holistic nursing care is scientific and comprehensiveness,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain in children,and get highly recognized by their parents.
