黄连素对癌性恶病质小鼠肝肾功能的影响

摘    要:目的 检测癌性恶病质小鼠肝、肾功能及细胞凋亡情况,探讨黄连素对癌性恶病质小鼠脏器功能的影响.方法 使用小白鼠结肠腺癌细胞株CT-26皮下注射Balb/c小白鼠,构建荷瘤小白鼠肿瘤恶病质模型,将小白鼠分为3组:正常对照组、荷瘤无干预组、荷瘤黄连素干预组,连续2周记录小白鼠饮食量、饮水量、体质量,并检测各组小鼠肝肾功能、肝肾组织形态、肝肾细胞凋亡情况.结果 与荷瘤无干预组比较,黄连素能明显抑制癌性恶病质小鼠的体重下降,增加摄食量、饮水量,改善小鼠的一般状况;减轻肝肾病理损害程度,减少肝肾组织细胞凋亡,改善恶病质小鼠肝肾功能(P<0.05).结论 黄连素可改善癌性恶病质小鼠肝肾功能,减轻肝肾细胞凋亡程度.

Abstract:Objective To detect the liver and kidney function and apoptosis in mice with cancerous cachexia,investigate the effects of berberine on organ function in mice with cancerous cachexia.Methods The model of tumor-burdened mice with cancerous cachexia was constructed by mouse colonic adenocarcinoma cell strain CT-26 hypodermic injection in Balb/c mice.The mice were divided into three groups:normal control group,tumor-burdened non-intervention group and tumor-burdened berberine intervention group.Food intake,water intake and weight of these mice were recorded for 2 consecutive weeks.Furthermore,liver and kidney function,liver and kidney tissue morphology and liver and kidney cells apoptosis in each group were detected.Results Compared with tumor-burdened non-intervention group,berberine could obviously inhibit weight loss,increase food and water intake,improve the general condition of the mice; reduce the extent of liver and kidney pathological damage,reduce apoptosis of liver and kidney tissue,and improve the liver and kidney function in mice with cancerous cachexia (P < 0.05).Conclusion Berberine may improve the liver and kidney function in mice with cancerous cachexia,and reduce the degree of liver and kidney cells apoptosis.
