喹硫平联合谷维素双维 B 治疗老年精神分裂症的对照研究

目的 探讨喹硫平联合谷维素双维B治疗老年精神分裂症的效果及安全性.方法 将新乡医学院第二附属医院2012年10月～2013年10月收治的74例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例.对照组采用口服喹硫平治疗,观察组给予喹硫平＋谷维素双维B治疗.采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、临床总体印象量表（CGI）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应.结果 对照组的显效率和有效率分别为64.86％和86.47％,观察组的分别为75.68％和94.59％,两组患者的显效率和有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.从治疗第4周末起的各时点,观察组的PANSS总分及CGI总分均较对照组明显下降,差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05或P＜ 0.01）.观察组前4周的TESS得分明显低于对照组（P＜ 0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 喹硫平联合谷维素双维B治疗老年精神分裂症的效果确切,安全性好.

Control study of Quetiapine combined with Oryzanol Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 Tablets in senile schizophrenia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects of Quetiapine concurrent with Oryzanol Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 Tablets in treating senile schizophrenia.Methods 74 patients of senile schizophrenia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Quetiapine was taken oral in control group,37 patients of observation group took Quetiapine ＋ Oryzanol Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 Tablets.Positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS）,clinical global impression scale （CGI） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects.Results The significant efficiency rate of control group was 64.86％,and the efficiency rate of control group was 86.47％.The significant efficiency rate of observation group was 75.68％,and the efficiency rate of observation group was 94.59％.There were more significant differences in significant efficiency rate and effective rate between the observation group and the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The PANSS-T （total score） and the CGISI scores of the observation group were significantly decreased from the fourth weekend treatment （P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜0.01）.The TESS scores of the observation group was significantly lower than control group before four weeks （P ＜ 0.05or P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The results suggest Quetiapine concurrent with Oryzanol Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 Tablets has good efficacy,less side effects and less recurrence rate in the treatment of senile schizophrenia.
