三级医院在研院级课题现状调查分析与思考

目的 了解三级医院在研课题进展情况,通过发现医院在研课题存在的问题,探讨相应的解决办法,为医院院级科研课题管理发展提供借鉴.方法 通过对首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院（以下简称“我院”）2011～2013全年度三年的在研院级课题以提交答辩课件的方式进行情况汇总,将存在问题进行分类汇总分析.结果 2011～2013全年度医院在研课题40.3％（54/134）的课题顺利在研,59.7％（80/134）的课题均存在各种研究进展问题,导致课题延期甚至终止.结论 现在三级医院在研院级课题存在科研经费不足、实验平台设备不完善,科研时间不够、院内外协作不畅等问题.建议医院搭建大型综合性科研平台,进行分类式经费投入并鼓励筹资,优化科研管理过程,强化年度检查等措施,提高医院院级课题管理质量.

Survey analysis and considerations of hospital-level research projects in tertiaryhospital

Objective To research projects progress and existing problems,explore appropriate solutions.To prove a reference for hospitals administrative management development.Methods The article summary the courseware of 2011-2013 hospital-level research projects in Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were submitted and the problems were classified and analyzed.Results 40.3% （54/134） of subjects were successfully in research,59.7% （80/134） of subjects were delayed or even terminated because of a variety of research progress problems.Conclusion Hospital research projects have problems like research funding deficiencies,lack of research time,poor coordination.It is right to recommend the hospital building large-scale integrated research platform,classification and encourage financial funding,optimization annual inspection and other measures to strengthen and improve the quality of hospital-level research projects management.
