高龄孕妇血脂和脂蛋白的变化

目的：探讨正常妊娠高龄孕妇孕晚期血脂和脂蛋白的变化。方法：选取2009年12月-2010年4月在我院住院分娩的正常足月孕妇98例，其中，高龄孕妇48例（观察组），非高龄孕妇50例（对照组），进行三酰甘油（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）和脂蛋白α（LP-α）检测。结果：高龄孕妇TG显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），HDL—C显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），两组比较，TC、LDL—C和LP—α差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：高龄孕妇有较高水平的TG和较低水平的HDL—C。

The changes in lipid and lipoprotein of advanced maternal age

Objective： To explore the changes in lipid and lipoprotein of the third trimester of normal advanced maternal age. Methods： We selected 98 cases of normal term pregnant women, including 48 cases of advanced maternal age （study group） and 50 cases of non-advanced maternal age （control group） in our hospital from December 2009 to April 2010. Triglyceride （TG）, cholesterol （TC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C） and lipoprotein α （LP-α） of all cases were detected. Results： The level of TG in advanced maternal age was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）, and the level of HDL-C in study group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in TC, LDL-C and LP-α between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Advanced maternal age has higher levels of TG and lower levels of HDL-C.
