宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉126例报道

摘    要:目的:探讨宫腔镜对子宫内膜息肉的诊治价值。方法:回顾性分析经宫腔镜诊断并治疗的子宫内膜息肉126例,与组织病理学比较的符合率以及治疗效果。结果:126例中120例宫腔镜诊断和组织病理学均为子宫内膜息肉,符合率为95.2%,另6例宫腔镜诊断为子宫内膜息肉,病理仅报告为增殖期子宫内膜并间质水肿。镜下诊断后直接予以定位刮宫,术后视病情加用孕激素治疗,不孕者妊娠率为67.9%(38/56),非不孕者有效率为72.9%(51/70)。结论:宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉具有直观、准确率高的优点。镜下诊断后即行定位刮宫配合孕激素治疗能取得良好效果,尤其是对不孕的患者能尽可能地减少内膜损伤,可及早妊娠。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:Retrospective analysis of diagnosis and treatment by hysteroscopic 126 cases of endometrial polyps,compared with histopathology coincidence rate,and therapeutic effect.Results:120 cases coincidence rate in 126 cases of endometrial polyps by hysteroscopic diagnosis and histopathology were 95.2%,and the other six cases of hysteroscopic diagnosis of endometrial interest rates,pathology report only proliferative endometrium and interstitial edema.Endoscopic diagnosis to be positioned di rectly after curettage,as the disease increases after treatment with progesterone,pregnancy rate of infertile women was 67.9%(38/56);non-infertility rate was 72.9%(51/70).Conclusion:The hysteroscopic diagnosis of endometrial polyps with an intuitive,accurate and high accuracy advantages.Curettage with the positioning after endoscopic diagnosis combined with progesterone therapy can achieve good results,especially for infertile patients can minimize the intimal injury,may be an early pregnancy.
