摘    要:目的探讨一对一全程带教在手术室实习生护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2011年6月~2012年5月在温州医科大学附属第二医院手术室的实习生217名为对照组,选择2012年6月~2013年5月在温州医科大学附属第二医院手术室的实习生223名为观察组。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用一对一"导师制"带教方法,比较两组的教学成果。结果①观察组理论知识、操作技能和风险防护等方面评分(86.4±9.7)、(88.6±10.2)、(8.5±0.9)分]显著优于对照组(71.5±8.3)、(69.3±7.7)、(5.8±1.2)分],且安全缺陷评分(3.8±1.2)分]明显低于对照组(6.8±1.7)分],差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②观察组整体综合素质评价显著优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=12.76,P〈0.01)。③观察组带教总满意度为97.5%(39/40),明显高于对照组的72.5%(29/40),差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=10.85,P〈0.01)。结论采用一对一全程带教模式,能够提高实习生理论知识水平和手术配合技能,提升医生的满意度,从而提高手术室的护理质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of one-to-one training preceptorship in the probationer nurses of operating room. Methods 217 probationer nurses from June 2011 to May 2012 in Department of Operating Room,the Second Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University were selected as control group; 223 probationer nurses from June 2012 to May 2013 in Department of Operating Room,the Second Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University were selected as observation group. Conventional teaching mode was used in control group,observation group was carried out with one-to-one training preceptorship. Teaching results were compared between the two groups. Results ①The scores of theoretical knowledge,operating skill,risk protection in observation group (86.4±9.7),(88.6±10.2),(8.5±0.9) scores] were higher than those in control group (71.5±8.3),(69.3±7.7),(5.8±1.2) scores],safety defect scores in observation group (3.8±1.2) scores] were lower than that in control group (6.8±1.7) scores],the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). ②The overall comprehensive quality evaluation in observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.76,P〈 0.01). ③The total teaching satisfaction of observation group was 97.5%(39/40)],it was higher than that of control group 72.5%(29/40)],the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.85,P 〈0.01). Conclusion One-to-one training preceptorship not only enhances the theoretical knowledge and operation skills of probationer nurses quickly,but also promotes the administration ability and responsibility of the advisors.
