| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经皮冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病（CAD）的临床效果,探讨其临床意义。方法：回顾我院2007年6月～2008年6月收治的68例CAD患者临床资料,观察70岁以上CAD患者（老年组）行PCI的手术、并发症情况,并与同期70岁以下CAD患者（对照组）行PCI的手术、并发症情况进行对比分析。结果：两组手术情况、并发症情况及远期疗效相比差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。结论：PCI在老年CAD方面同样安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。
