| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗高危良性前列腺增生（BPH）的手术疗效及安全性。方法：对96例高危BPH患者行TURP,观察比较术前、术后患者的症状评分（IPSS）和最大尿流量（MFR）。结果：96例行经尿道前列腺电切术的高危BPH患者全部耐受手术,术中未发生大出血及电切综合征（transurethral resection syndromes,TURS）,无死亡,均顺利度过围手术期。结论：TURP作为治疗BPH的＂金标准＂,在细致、具体、个体化的做好术前、术中、术后的围术期处理的前提下,可将高危BPH手术的风险降至最低,取得满意疗效。
