中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎50例

目的：观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例确诊为溃疡性结肠炎的患者随机分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组给予纯西医治疗方案：0.5%甲硝唑100 ml＋柳氮磺吡啶2.5 g,保留灌肠;观察组给予中西医结合治疗方案：葛根芩连汤加减100 ml＋柳氮磺吡啶2.5 g,保留灌肠。观察比较两组临床表现、大便常规及内镜检查。结果：观察组治疗总有效率（94.0%）显著高于对照组（62.0%）,差异有高度统计学意义（χ^2=14.918,P〈0.001）;随访1年,共93例患者获得随访,观察组复发率为10.6%,明显低于对照组的47.8%,两组复发率比较差异有高度统计学意义（χ^2=15.604,P〈0.001）,观察组复发率较低。用药期间观察组无一例发生不良反应。结论：中西医联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,不良反应少,复发率低,患者依从性高,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on combining therapy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of 50 patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on combining therapy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:100 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases).Control group was given Western medicine treatment 0.5%Metronidazole(100 ml)+Sulfasalazine(2.5 g)] with retention enema;observation group was given combining therapy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine the Gegen Qinliang Decoction(10...
