| 摘 要： | 绝经后骨质疏松（postmenopausal osteoporosis）是绝经后妇女的常见病及多发病,指绝经后妇女由于卵巢功能衰退,雌激素水平下降,继发甲状旁腺功能亢进,降钙素分泌不足,从而导致破骨细胞的骨吸收大于成骨细胞的骨形成,出现以低骨量和骨组织的显微结构退行性变为其特征,临床表现为骨脆性和骨折易感性增加的一种代谢性疾病。本文通过对绝经后骨质疏松的临床治疗作相关的回顾和综述,探讨绝经后骨质疏松症的临床治疗效果以及研究方向。 |

| Abstract: | Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a disease of common and frequently-occurring in postmenopausal women,refers to ovarian function decline due to a drop in estrogen levels,following made parathyroid function with hyperparathyroidism,drop calcitonin secretion insufficient,which lead to osteoclasts′ absorption is greater than osteoblasts in bone formation,characterized by low bone mass,degenerative of microstructure of osseous tissue,the clinical manifestations of the fragility and fracture predisposition to increase.Through to review and summary the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in this paper,exploring its clinical treatment effect and research directions. |
