| 摘 要： | 目的：观察皮肤康洗液联合1％联苯苄唑软膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效。方法：将88例入选的真菌镜检为阳性的马拉色菌毛囊炎患者分为A、B、C组。A组26例，给予皮肤康洗液外用，2次，d，连用4周；B组30例，给予1％联苯苄唑软膏外用，2次，d，连用4周；C组32例，给予皮肤康洗液联合1％联苯苄唑软膏外用，治疗方法同上，连用4周；所有患者停药后1周再次进行真菌镜检。结果：治疗4周结束时，3组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。其中C组总有效率为81．25％，显著高于A、B组（P〈0．05）；C组真菌清除率为84．38％，与A、B组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：皮肤康洗液联合1％联苯苄唑软膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效显著，可提高有效率及真菌清除率。不良反应小，安全性好，为马拉色菌毛囊炎的治疗提供了一条有效的新途径。
