自我管理和行为干预对社区老年糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨自我管理和行为干预对社区老年糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将320例老年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组（n=160）与对照组（n=160）,在药物治疗的基础上,对照组行常规健康教育,观察组实施个体化自我管理和行为干预,比较两组患者干预前后自我管理能力和生活质量的变化。结果干预后,观察组糖尿病知识知晓率、自我血糖监测、药物治疗、饮食治疗及运动治疗能力等自我管理能力均较干预前提高（P〈0.01）,且较对照组提高更显著（P〈0.05）。观察组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及生活总分均较干预前提高（P〈0.05）,较对照组提高更明显（P〈0.05）;干预前后物质生活状态两组均无显著变化（P〉0.05）。结论对社区老年糖尿病患者实施自我管理和行为干预可提高其自我管理能力,改变不良生活方式,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of self-management and behavior intervention on the quality of life for community elderly patients with diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of self-management and behavior intervention on the quality of life for community elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 320 community elderly patients with diabetes were enrolled in our study and divided into observation group(n = 160) and control group(n = 160) at random.All patients were given drug therapy,control group was further given routine healthy education,and observation group was further given individual self-management and behavior intervention,the ability of self-management and quality of life before and after intervention in two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the diabetes knowledge awareness,blood sugar self monitoring,drug therapy,diet therapy and exercise therapy of observation group were improved than those before intervention(P < 0.01) and control group(P < 0.05).The physical function,mental function,society function and total live scores of observation group were improved than those before intervention(P < 0.05) and control group(P < 0.05),but no change in material life status was observed before and after intervention in both groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Self-management and behavior intervention can improve the abilities of self-management,change unhealthy lifestyle and improve the quality of life for community elderly patients with diabetes.
