肠内应用雷贝拉唑在老年患者中预防应激性溃疡疗效

目的探讨经多功能胃肠管肠内应用雷贝拉唑（波利特）在老年患者中预防应激性溃疡中疗效。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,对81例不能进食的老年危重病患者行内镜下安置多功能胃肠管,比较肠内应用雷贝拉唑（波利特）与静脉使用奥美拉唑针剂（洛赛克）两组,对胃液pH的影响及预防应激性溃疡的效果。结果两组抽吸的胃液中pH≥4的有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组应激性溃疡的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论肠内应用雷贝拉唑（波利特）在老年患者预防应激性溃疡中效果理想。

Application of enteral Reba La in aged patients and the prevention of stress ulcer curative effect

Objective To explore the effect on stress ulcer prophylaxis for senile patiens by intestinal administration of Rabeprazole（Pariet） through triple lumen feeding tube.Methods 81 critical ill patients that cound not take food were involved in this prospective random control test.All of the patients were placed a triple lumen feeding tube with assist of endoscope.Compared with intervenous drop infusion of Omeprazole（Losec）,the effect on gastric pH and stress ulcer prophylaxis by intestinal administration of Rabeprazole（Pariet） through the tube was observed.Results The effect power of gastric pH that was pH≥4 of the two groups were found no significant diference.The incidence of stress ul cer between the two groups（P 0.05） were found no significant diference.Conclusion The effect of stress ulcer prophylaxis for senile patients is satisfactory by intestinal administration of Rabeprazole（Pariet） through the triple lumen feeding tube.
