复方丹参对急性脊髓损伤后大鼠脊髓神经功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究复方丹参对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后脊髓神经功能的影响。方法成年雄性健康SD大鼠25只,随机分配到中药治疗组、地塞米松治疗组、模型对照组、假手术组、正常对照组。采用脊髓打击型造模方法(改良Allen’s法)。BBB评分法测定大鼠脊髓神经功能情况。结果①实验组大鼠在急性脊髓损伤后脊髓神经功能均有不同程度改善;②与模型对照组比较,中药组与地塞米松组大鼠神经功能恢复较好,其中复方丹参的效果优于地塞米松。结论复方丹参可有效改善大鼠脊髓损伤后的神经功能恢复情况。

Abstract:Objectives To study the influence of salvia miltiorrhiza to the neural function of rat after acute spinal cord injury (ASCI). Methods 20 healthy adult SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups: Traditional Chinese medcine group, dexameth group, model control group, pseudooperation group. Used Allen's method to make animal model of ASCI. Detected the neural function of rat after ASCI with BBB method. Results Salvia miltiorrhiza and dexameth also can improve the neural function of rat after ASCI. Salvia miltiorrhiza was more effective than dexameth. Conclusions Salvia miltiorrhiza can effectively improve the neural function of the rats after ASCI.
