| 摘 要： | 目的：建立更好的小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒的质量标准控制。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏及人工牛黄进行定性鉴别和半含量考察。结果：采用TLC法，一次展开系统，同时鉴别3种主药成分及其半含量考察。在该方法的展开系统下，三种成分分离效果良好（R，值范围为0．2～0．8），样品溶液与对照品溶液所显主斑点位置一致。结论：本法用于小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒鉴别简便、快捷、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a quality better standard for Pediatric Paracetamol,Atificial Cow-bezoaar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules.Methods: Pediatric Paracetamol,Atificial Cow-bezoaar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules were distinguished by adopting TLC.Results: Rf varied from 0.2 to 0.8.The effect of separation was good.The spot locations of sample and standardized sample were accordant.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurare and highly reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Pedia... |
