彩超引导在经皮穿刺射频消融治疗甲状腺肿瘤中的价值

目的：评价彩超引导在经皮穿刺射频消融治疗甲状腺肿瘤中的应用价值。方法：对确诊为甲状腺腺瘤及囊腺瘤的患者30例,均采用彩超引导下进行穿刺途径的麻醉,并同时在甲状腺与颈动脉鞘之间﹑甲状腺与食管气管之间注射麻药,然后彩超导向将射频针刺入肿瘤的中心位置进行消融并通过超声实时观察,当肿瘤完全被强回声覆盖,确定完成治疗。结果：本组30例均成功射频消融,单次单点成功消融9例,两点消融13例,三点消融8例,最短需用3 min,最长需用10 min,平均（4.5±1.3）min,术中未出现损伤周围组织、大出血等并发症。结论：射频消融治疗甲状腺肿瘤是一种新兴的微创治疗方法,而彩色超声的实时引导并监控治疗,是手术成功的关键。

Application of color Dopplar ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in treatment of thyroid neoplasms
