| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性上消化道出血的各种护理方法与策略。方法：回顾性分析总结我院182例急性上消化道出血的护理措施、疗效及预后。结果：182例患者中，1例突发2次大出血死亡，1例家属主动放弃抢救，3例应家属要求，转送上级医院，其它患者均抢救成功，临床康复出院。结论：严密观察病情，及时采取紧急措施，加强基础护理与对症护理，保证血容量，妥善使用三腔二囊管压迫止血等均是行之有效的护理方法与策略，可以提高疗效，缩短疗程，减少并发症。
