摘    要:应用半定量RT-PCR技术研究人胚肺(HEL)细胞HOX基因的表达状态及人类巨细胞病毒(HCMV)对HEL细胞HOX基因表达的影响。结果发现:HEL细胞表达HOXB7基因;HCMV感染后,其表达上调;用全反式维甲酸(ATRA)处理HEL细胞,HCMV对HOXB7基因表达的上调作用更强。提示HCMV可能通过影响HOXB7基因的表达导致胚胎发育畸形。

Abstract:The expressions of HOX genes in human embryo lung (HEL) cells were detected with semi-quantitative RT-PCR method. The results were that HEL cells expressed HOXB7 gene and its expression increased after human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection. The level of expression reached maximum at 48 h after HCMV infection. Treated with all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), the expression of HOXB7 in HEL cells infected by HCMV was significantly increased. The results suggest that the abnormal expression of HOX genes induced by HCMV might possibly play a role in virus-induced abnormal embryogenesis.
