摘    要:目的:研究MM患者与正常人骨髓基因的差异表达。方法:应用cDNA芯片技术对10例初诊多发性骨髓(MM)患者和10名正常骨髓的单个核细胞的mRNA进行检测。结果:在2048条基因中共发现差异表达基因566条。在MM中237条表达增加,329条表达降低。结论:MM的发生发展涉及多基因的改变,cDNA芯片技术可高效研究多个基因的表达水平。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the difference in gene expression between human multiple myeloma (MM) and normal bone marrow. METHODS: cDNA chip was used to detect the mRNA of mononuclear cell from 10 untreated MM patients and 10 cases of normal bone marrow. RESULTS: Of the 2,048 genes, we found 566 different expression genes, of which the expression of 237 genes was higher and 329 lower in MM than in the normal bone marrow. CONCLUSION: Many genes may be involved in the pathogenesis of MM. cDNA chip technology is an effective tool in the study of tumor related genes.
